Pixerful Mail Assistant · Last updated 10 October 2026
1. Operator and scope
This notice covers the private Gmail assistant operated by Pixerful using OpenClaw software. Pixerful is the operator of this deployment; it does not own the OpenClaw software. The assistant runs on a Mac and a Pixerful-operated server and is currently used for Pixerful’s own authorized mailbox.
Operator: Pixerful, Zürich, Switzerland
Contact: [email protected]
2. Google data accessed
After the mailbox owner grants Google OAuth permission, the assistant uses the Gmail API. Depending on the request, it can process email addresses and headers, message text, attachments that are opened, labels, filter settings, and related mailbox metadata. Google continues to hold the mailbox and provides data to the assistant when requested through the API.
3. How the data is used
The assistant uses mailbox data to carry out the owner’s instructions, such as finding or reading mail, applying labels, managing filters, archiving, marking messages read or unread, moving messages to Trash, or preparing and sending or replying to email. It does not currently use a Gmail webhook or automatic incoming-mail trigger. Pixerful does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.
4. AI processing and recipients
OpenClaw may include the parts of a message and the conversation context needed for a request in a prompt to an AI model service. The configured primary model is Xiaomi MiMo through Xiaomi Token Plan. The Mac configuration also uses Typesafe JEV for decision tasks. The server has configured fallback models from MiniMax, Swisscom Apertus, and DeepSeek; a fallback may receive data if selected for a task. These services process the information under their own terms and privacy practices, which Pixerful does not control.
Mailbox data is not shared with those providers for advertising. The assistant sends data to Google for Gmail API operations and to the configured AI service when model processing is needed. Providers may process data outside Switzerland.
5. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored separately on the Mac and the server so each OpenClaw installation can access the authorized mailbox. Message content returned during a task may be included in OpenClaw session history on the machine handling that task. These records follow that machine’s OpenClaw storage and cleanup settings; this Gmail connection has no separate retention period or mailbox archive configured by Pixerful.
AI providers may process or retain prompts under their own terms. Pixerful does not set or control those providers’ retention periods.
6. Choices and requests
The mailbox owner can stop future API access by revoking the assistant’s Google Account access in Google Account security settings. Pixerful can remove the local or server authorization and delete relevant OpenClaw session records on request. For questions or data requests, contact [email protected].
7. Security and changes
The assistant connects to Google and configured model services over their available encrypted API connections. Access credentials are stored on the machines that run OpenClaw. No networked system can guarantee absolute security. This notice will be updated if the assistant’s data practices change.
